Job Description
Do you want to help us define our digital customer experience within cooling and heating applications that impact the daily work of installers and design engineers across the world? Then you might be our new Application Software Developer (m/f/d).

Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will work both with your individual tasks and responsibilities as well as with managing and owning projects. The position requires a collaborative and flexible approach, as you will be working individually on projects, but at the same time collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Your primary job responsibilities will include:

  • Be responsible for developing, maintaining, testing, and evaluating software solutions
  • Be responsible for thermodynamic algorithm used in software
  • Utilize wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes to pitch ideas, test and recommend improvements
  • Analyze insights from our digital platforms to understand customer behavior
  • Help to design and improve the entire digital customer experience
  • Deep system knowledge for differentiated innovative solutions

To excel in this role, you must possess a forward-thinking and results-oriented approach, coupled with a solid grasp of heating and cooling technologies. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in project management is also required.

  • Proven record of thermodynamic understanding
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs as well as project/stakeholder needs (think scope, budget and time)
  • Ability to translate user/customer needs into clear and actionable acceptance criteria for new products and/or feature development
  • You like to learn and have the ability to understand very complex situations and digital ecosystems
  • Excellent team spirit, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent and comprehensive English
