Our client is a live shopping tech company that helps businesses sell products and build community by streaming live shopping events on social media and their websites.

We are seeking a seasoned QA Engineer to spearhead our quality assurance efforts. As our client currently lacks a QA team, this role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to build and lead QA processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both manual and automated testing, capable of providing expert consultation, and instrumental in implementing best practices to ensure the highest standards of quality across our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and address customer pain points through rigorous testing and quality assurance.
- Provide expert guidance and consultation on QA best practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Review project documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents, and user stories.
- Take ownership of QA processes and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4~5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
- Proven expertise in testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience working directly with Product Owners and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Previous startup experience is a significant plus, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment.
