Your future team
Be a part of our vibrant team of +500 professionals serving customers in over 30 countries, spanning continents from Europe, Asia, South Pacific to South America. You’ll be a member of the Brand & Comms unit day to day working in a team of 7 people and an integral part of our international marketing experts ranging from branding to digital activation. Furthermore, you’ll connect on a regular basis with markets locally on how to drive the Sustainability Agenda forward in their local market. What you will be doing
As our Sustainability Communication Manager, you'll be instrumental in positioning Rockfon as a sustainability market leader within our industry, with consistent, credible, and engaging communication. Daily you will collaborate with our Sustainability team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensure a strategic approach to sustainability communication in line with Rockfon goals and ambitions.
• Scrutinize our sustainability data, certificates, research as well as current position, to deeply understand and enhance our brand's stance within the sustainability space.
• Delve into our key customer segments, decoding their needs, pains, and decision-making journeys to refine our brand’s positioning – from a sustainability perspective.
• Act as the Rockfon brand’s go to person, driving the sustainability narrative within our brand strategy, collaborating on content plans, go-to-market strategies incl. PR.
• Engage as a sparring partner with markets and teams, offering insights and fostering synergy – ensuring alignment across markets and HQ.
• Drive regular training of local marketers to continuously refresh sustainability awareness and knowledge as well as collate market directions from local sustainability ambassadors.
• Track, analyse and measure impact of our sustainability communication and projects as well as pinpoint areas for improvement. Screen market trends and keeping an eye on competitors' activities including best practice sharing.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in brand communication, with a track record of developing compelling branded sustainability communication strategies preferrable from B2B or PR agency.
• Experienced in developing communication strategy within sustainability.
• Turning complex information and data in to engaging storytelling by balancing creativity and analytical skill-set and at ease working with numbers and data.
• Excellent at stakeholder management keeping close connection with the markets and alignment across diverse touchpoints.
• Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, capable of crafting and conveying compelling narratives. Other languages is a bonus.
• A pulse on the latest trends and best practices in sustainability and communications.
• A degree in sustainability, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Knowledge of construction materials is preferred not required.
