When completing the questionnaire, data is collected about your name, email, gender, CV and cover letter.

We collect and register the personal information you have given in this questionnaire. Thereafter, we will potentially collect and register additional information about your skills from references and social media in order to evaluate your competences and experience for the position in question. Subsequently, you may be asked to fill out a personality profile and/or a video as a part of the process. Based on this information, we will develop a profile which we register and store for a period of 6 months.

The purpose of the abovementioned processing of your personal data is to evaluate your qualifications in relation to the specific position at the company/organisation you have applied for, as well as in relation to any future vacancies.

The information you have given in the questionnaire may be subject to automated decision-making. The logic behind this decision will be based on objective criteria, which makes it possible to identify applicants with the desired qualifications.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your given consent.

Your consent to the abovementioned processing can be withdrawn at any time with the result that the registration of your data is deleted. Withdrawing your consent can be done by contacting the person responsible for the recruitment process at the data controller.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

You have the right to at any time request information about your personal data, and to have it rectified or deleted. You also have the right to request a limitation of the processing or to object to the processing. This can be done by contacting the person who issues the questionnaire at the data controller.

As Marketing planning manager you will take the lead in crafting impactful online campaign content, managing social media channels and email marketing, and elevating our brand presence globally by driving insights-based audience studies.
We are currently looking for a Marketing planning manager based at our HQ in Odense, Denmark.
Lead successful content campaigns for KOMPANs global audience
In this role, you will develop, plan, and aid the creation of KOMPANs content campaigns across various media channels such as our multinational website, social media, print, email and various online planforms. You will play a crucial role in develop and optimize content for KOMPANs diverse palette of digital and physical marketing content to engage and inform the target audience, ensuring a positive user experience and an easy user journey.

You will be the one developing and presenting detailed marketing personas, involving thorough research, analysis, and effective communication to ensure alignment with target audience needs and objectives. Also, identify and share strategies to effectively reach and engage them.

Your daily tasks include:

• Planning, coordinate and aiding in creating and updating content and content briefs for colleagues in KOMPAN Group Marketing.
• Planning and coordinate advertising campaigns across various media platforms, considering target audience demographics and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate about identifying target audiences for campaigns and develop strategies for content to effectively reach and engage them.
• Monitor and share campaign performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and collaborate about making adjustments to campaign strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as international marketing colleagues, management, and sales, to ensure alignment of branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate initiatives and implementations across the entire KOMPAN Group Marketing department.

Experienced marketing planner supporting in setting the marketing direction
You hold a Master’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field and have a proven experience in website content management, cross media and communication planning, and audience targeting.

Experience in website content management, cross media planning, and audience targeting is a must. Additionally, you have a strong understanding of branding principles, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

Moreover you possess:

• A proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics for monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with international colleagues, media agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in CMS and DAM systems (Contentful), photoshop, Dynamics 365 and the office suite.

Importantly, you are a creative thinker and have an attention to detail to develop engaging content and effective campaign strategies.

KOMPAN Group Marketing
You will become part of our Group Marketing team, a team of more than 25 people, where we, in close collaboration with leading dimensions within KOMPAN, work on marketing and product development.

In Group Marketing, you will be working alongside a team of Communications Managers, SEO and SEM Specialists and Insights Analysts.
