About the job
As our new Change & Strategic Communication Specialist role you will be pivotal in managing and communicating organizational changes effectively within our company. You will work with our business strategy and with leadership communication.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing successful change management strategies and communication plans. Your expertise will guide our employees through transitions, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and help maintain our culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communication plans to support the company's strategic direction and initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and implementation of change initiatives.
• Craft clear, compelling messages and deliver them through appropriate channels to engage various stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as necessary to ensure successful adoption of changes.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate and prepare employees for changes.
• Serve as a change advocate, encouraging a culture of flexibility, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the organization.

• Manage resistance to change and provide support to employees and teams during transitions.

About you

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, strategic communication, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in both Danish and English, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
• Experience in project management, with an ability for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• A positive mindset practiced at thriving in hectic situations, consistently maintaining constructive partnerships across a broad spectrum of internal stakeholders.
