Would you like to be part of the team working with the future of continence care products and make life easier for people around the world with intimate health care needs?

As part of the Continence Care Pipeline team, you will play an important role in taking our intermittent catheter range to the next level while working in the team supporting global product launches and innovating the catheter portfolio.

“You’ll get to collaborate with colleagues across cultures and professional areas, owning the commercial aspect and following the products from initial idea to launch preparation,” says Simon Ravnbak, Senior Director of Continence Care Pipeline.

Make a difference with us in the Continence Care Pipeline team
Our Continence Care area has global reach and is making good strides that allow for easier continence management. We are 5 colleagues working on innovation projects ranging from the initial scoping phase to the global launch. Joining the team, you will typically be part of 1 or more cross-functional project teams responsible for bringing innovation to market.

”You’ll join a diverse team where we all work on different projects but come together to discuss our work, seek advice on challenges and brainstorm solutions,” explains Simon.

Get creative with exciting projects
Just like the rest of your team, you will join different innovation projects as part of the core project team and with a commercial focus. Typically, you will be part of 2 projects at a time – one which is in the very early stages and one which is further ahead.

  • As such, you will work across projects at different phases of the innovation and development process as you:
  • Ensure that our product reaches the markets optimally, based on core user needs and key commercial drivers
  • Function as commercial lead in the project team, which includes setting the commercial and strategic direction for launches as well as go-to-market strategies
  • Contribute to the development of competitive product positioning and value drivers and build claims to support our efforts in marketing and sales
  • Work closely with local markets to ensure buy-in on new development ideas, claim direction and the right level of ambition
  • Travel approx. 10-20 days per year to collaborate face-to-face with subsidiaries and engage with partners around the world

A commercial mindset and a strong interest in data analysis
Although we have support functions working to provide you with access to the right data, it is important that you have a natural flair for working with it too, connecting the dots and translating them into commercial solutions and action plans.

You are keen to learn more and continuously set yourself new goals. Moreover, you can work with ambiguity in an environment with many stakeholders and enjoy collaborating and communicating creatively to engage colleagues in your ideas. Finally, you:

  • Have a few years of experience within global or strategic marketing or from a market-oriented commercial function
  • Are adept at managing projects across global organisations and subsidiaries
  • Hold a higher commercial degree
  • Are fluent in English
  • Possibly have experience within the health care or medical device industry or a similarly regulated field – but it is not a must
