VP People Transformation – Become Part of Transforming a World Class Digital Infrastructure Provider

TDC NET

Are you an experienced and senior People Transformation professional who is motivated by making an impact? Are you ready to take ownership of critical, strategic business- and people development initiatives in a company with a great purpose undergoing a challenging cultural- and digital transformation connecting Denmark?

Then you might be the one we are looking for.

About the role
TDC NET is embarking on a thrilling journey to transform into a world-class digital infrastructure provider, paving the way for Denmark's connected future.

As the Vice President of People Transformation at TDC NET, you hold a crucial position at the heart of aligning our business transformation with the evolution of our people and organization.

This role is central to leading an ambitious transformation of people, culture, and organizational effectiveness that resonates with our business goals. It entails project management across four transformative streams:

Organization: Enhancing structural agility and efficiency for strategic adaptability.

Systems, Tools, Policies & Processes: Enhancing systems for efficiency, aligning tools with business goals, updating policies for agility, and streamlining processes for effectiveness.

Talent & Capabilities: Developing expertise to meet future requirements and business demands.

Culture: Establishing a defined culture and value proposition to strengthen internal engagement and leadership.

Together, these streams will upgrade our operating model, People & Culture (P&C) operations and employee development, culminating in a significant cultural evolution. The role also demands proactive scouting and leadership of new projects that impact P&C, steering these initiatives to align with the broader organizational strategy.

Stepping into this role during a transformative era means if you relish change and fast-paced environments, you'll find plenty of opportunities to make a lasting impact.

Your Primary Focus Areas Include:

  • Transformation Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive transformation strategies that encompass the full scope of the P&C—organization, Systems, Tools, Policies & Processes, Talent & Capabilities, and Culture. These strategies should align with both the organization's long-term vision and immediate business outcomes. Your role involves embedding cultural and behavioral shifts within the organizational structure and workflows and ensuring that all KPIs across the four streams are integrated and aligned. Collaborate closely with all P&C and business streams to guarantee cohesive alignment and the successful realization of the transformation goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Act as a primary change advocate to internal and external stakeholders. Focus on embedding cultural shifts within the organizational structure and workflows as you design engagement strategies that enhance buy-in and support for transformation efforts across the organization.
  • Project Management, Performance Measurement & Analysis: Monitor and oversee the broad scope of the P&C transformation through diligent project management of the four main streams, assessing the effectiveness of each initiative with a comprehensive set of KPIs. Focus on integrating cultural shifts into the organizational structure and workflows, refining strategies with insights derived from performance data and organizational feedback. Additionally, project manage and synchronize the extensive P&C agenda, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution of interconnected programs — including Employee Value Proposition, Employer Branding, culture programs, Motion Academy, and strategic workforce management — to foster a cohesive and coordinated transformation.
  • Strategic Communications and Documentation: Responsible for coordinating and preparing documents, strategic messages and updates for Strategic Committees, as well as internal and external forums, for stakeholders and events in close coordination with the Executive Office and Internal Communication.

"In this role, you'll join a dynamic team dedicated to shaping our company's future and culture. We embrace trust-based leadership and strength-focused dialogues to foster personal and professional growth. Our commitment to outstanding employee experiences drives everything we do, as we aim to empower everyone to be their best selves" Selina, CHRO.

About you

  • Strategic Vision and Alignment: Proven ability to develop and implement strategies that influence organizational culture and performance.
  • Change Management Expertise: Deep understanding of change management principles and practices, particularly in how they apply to cultural transformations.
  • PMO, Analytical & Monitoring Skills: Ability to use analytics to guide decisions and measure the impact of cultural change initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Good collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership, HR, operational teams, and external partners to align transformation strategic
  • Leadership and Ethical Integrity: Significant leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire trust and maintain high ethical standards during transformative changes.
  • Influential Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement, capable of articulating the vision and value of transformation initiatives clearly and persuasively in both English and Danish.

You are motivated by contributing to the growth of a mission-oriented organization and enjoys being part of a diverse, values-aligned community.

You probably have an M.Sc. degree as well as several years of relevant experience as Business Consultant, either from larger corporates and/or from the Business Consultancy world. Experience with People & Culture strategy transformation/execution is a definite plus.

As Senior Leader, you will report to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO). You will become part of the P&C Senior Leadership Team characterized by an informal atmosphere where we are enthusiastic and focused on value creation for our stakeholders, while supporting each other and having fun.
