STARK Group IT is looking for an SAP Finance Trainer and Supporter for SAP S/4HANA

The position
You will be creating training materials and conducting classroom training sessions, and together with department managers and stakeholders ensure that training programs align with organizational goals.

You will also be providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth running of business processes, and in collaborating with IT and other departments identify and resolve system issues.

As an SAP Finance Trainer & Supporter, you will become part of the SAP function in STARK Group IT. At present, the team consists of 6 employees, which is expected to grow to 7-8 employees within a short period.

Your efforts will be crucial to the success of our SAP S/4HANA Digitalization journey in both the short and long term. You will be part of the global roll-out team and be working closely together with the business to achieve the best results. The SAP S/4HANA Digitalization journey is an ongoing process with roll-outs in multiple countries, followed by continuous improvements projects and support. Therefore, your tasks will continuously change in line with the development of the business.

To succeed in the role, you have to …

• Conduct both classroom and online training sessions for employees
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and exercises that align with organizational needs and employees' skill levels
• Continuously update and improve training programs to align with SAP updates and changes.
• Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training programs.
• Provide support to employees on SAP-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Stay up-to-date with SAP updates and changes and develop training materials accordingly
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to identify and resolve system issues and recommend improvements.

Our IT department is physically located in Aarhus. It is expected that you can work here from a minimum of 2-3 days per week. The other days it is possible to work from home or alternatively from our Frederiksberg office in Copenhagen.

Who are you?
As a future colleague in our growing SAP-team you bring the following capabilities and experience:

• Experience working with SAP Finance as an user or superuser
• Experience in SAP training and support specific to finance processes
• Experience working with SAP SD & MM is an advantage
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
