You will play a central role in Core IT as our new Product Owner for the Digital Identities team, working with stakeholders across all of Kamstrup.

A job with focus on shaping the future of Kamstrup’s login solutions
In the position as Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the future IAM design and login solutions for many stakeholders and customers, both internally and externally. You will collaborate closely with the other Digital Identities team members on all topics concerning Identity and Access Management and you will therefore have a big influence on the overarching architecture and design of the landscape revolving digital identities.

More specifically, your responsibilities will be:

• Driving team direction and helping to ensure optimal implementation, in close collaboration with security and technology architects
• Facilitating roadmap activities and related product risk management
• Driving overall digital identities landscape based on program-based initiative, and assist with defining overarching architecture and design principles
• Support standardization of login and IAM solutions
• Support security projects together with relevant stakeholders to enhance security in all aspects of digital identities space

Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Product Owner who wants to impact our IAM landscape. You are well versed within the field of architecture, ready to engage in sparring with our technical Architect. We imagine that you have an educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or similar, combined with at least 5 years of experience of connecting IT and business. This experience has afforded you the skills to develop and communicate product visions, as well as skills to handle the full ownership of the product backlog. Your experience has given you a proven record in developing high quality IAM architecture, which has given you extensive knowledge about the field, allowing you to effectively and efficiently implement initiatives into your work. Lastly, you have experience in agile development and methodologies, preferably from a Product Owner perspective or similar.

As a person, you are first and foremost a team player. You thrive with collaboration and excel at creating and maintaining relationships within the organization. With your excellent stakeholder management skills, you bring your expertise into the projects you are working on while not being afraid to challenge the status quo. You are also an open and willing learner, allowing you to easily become interested in new and relevant technologies and how they could be useful to your work.

It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish is considered an advantage.
