Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the CSRD reporting requirements in B&O, including working with the organisation to establish new reporting processes
• Review and map reporting processes, developing and implementing accounting policies and procedures
• Support building and designing ESG reporting
• Support collecting, consolidating and controlling ESG data
• Facilitate the audit process and assurance of the ESG reporting
• Facilitate reporting to the Audit Committee
• Facilitate the link between sustainability and finance
• Be an advisor and partner to stakeholders across the group.

What you bring
To excel in this role, we believe you have proven communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with stakeholders at all levels to support our sustainability journey. We are seeking someone with a financial background and experience with ESG reporting. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of data audit and controlling and a keen interest in advancing your skills within sustainability reporting.

Moreover, you bring:

• Knowledge of methodologies and frameworks pertaining to ESG reporting, such as CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol etc.
• The capabilities to translate complex standards and guidelines into clear recommendations and instructions
• Highly collaborative abilities, proactively working with colleagues across various functions and cultural backgrounds
• An advanced analytical skillset and ability to critically assess, analyse and validate large data sets
• A degree in finance, economics, accounting, sustainability or similar
• Fluency in English.
• IT skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, PowerBI, and SAP.

What we offer
You will join a team of 8 Financial Controllers reporting to the Head of Financial Controlling & Consolidation while also having close contact with the sustainability team. You will work with an array of internal and external stakeholders, supporting and improving day-to-day operations within the ESG area.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Struer, Denmark or Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Travel: Approx. 5%
