Join our team at Maersk as a Pricing Value Realization Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in owning and driving the overall Pricing Value Realization Tracking process. Your responsibilities will include coordinating senior management updates, maintaining a holistic view of priorities and progress, and driving awareness of deliverables and value creation through internal communication channels.

The Role:
As Pricing Value Realization Analyst you will be an integral part of developing the Maersk capabilities within setting algorithmic pricing and automating our pricing journey. You’ll work closely with business owners, finance partners and data science teams and hold strong investigative and research skills yourself. You’ll speak the language of our partners but be able to adjust your communications depending on your audience to analyze experiments and communicate findings and insights in a language understandable to the target audience. You’ll have excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to effectively manage a project of work through to delivery as well as fitting into the monthly and quarterly performance review cycles.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Investigation and Insights progress across the Pricing Initiative and work as an engaged sparring partner for the wider program management team and senior team members
• Take ownership of the Pricing roadmap- and Value Realization Tracking process, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our business objectives and strategies.
• Coordinate senior management updates, providing clear and engaging communication of progress and priorities that inspires action.
• Maintain a holistic view of priorities and progress across the Pricing Initiative, guiding attention to specific deliverables and focus areas.
• Drive awareness of deliverables and value creation for sub-initiatives and the Pricing Initiative overall through internal communication channels, fostering a sense of shared purpose and achievement.
• Own internal audit cases for BeP (Business Enabling Platform) overall and ensure these are proactively addressed and solutions implemented.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and follow-ups anchored around our monthly BeP MPRs (Monthly Performance Reviews), infusing warmth and encouragement into accountability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in a technical role with some proficiency within SQL, Power BI, Python and other relevant applications
• Demonstrated track record of data driven story telling and crafting compelling strategies leveraging analytical insights, structuring complex ideas to drive clarity, consensus and simplify the decision making processes
• Transformation experience, through a highly structured approach, strong written and verbal communication and change management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and earn trust with stakeholders ranging across levels at the Maersk operating functions.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management, or related areas, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry.
• A proven track record of project/ program management and delivering results in dynamic environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a personal touch and attention to detail.
