About the role

The Client Support Specialist performs a crucial role in the success of establishing and retaining great client relationships. They are responsible for supporting our clients and their employees (our end-users) by answering their queries, resolving their issues, and delivering exceptional customer service through extended support hours, via email and chat.

This is an exciting new role within a new team at Benify, which collaborates closely with the Client Success, Professional Services, and Customer Services teams.

The role operates on a set shift that would be decided by your preferred working pattern:

Monday-Friday

  • 2 am-10 am or
  • 8 am-6 pm or
  • 2 pm-10 pm

As a client support specialist you will:

  • Support our clients and their employees via email and live chat.
  • Assist in training Benify’s AI chatbot to be able to answer generic, as well as client/market specific questions
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and solve configuration issues and incidents
  • Become an expert in the functionalities of the Benify platform and be able to complete basic allocated configuration or integration tasks
  • Answer client service questions
  • Scope client change requests
  • Complete any allocated actions on the client action log, and track progress

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an individual who thrives on engaging with and assisting clients. You take pride in assuming responsibility for your tasks and derive satisfaction from delivering top-notch client support. In this position, the following qualities are vital:

  • Be a self-starter who will take the ownership of delivering exceptional support within our SLAs
  • Be capable of building and maintaining good working relations with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Be a team player
  • Enjoy problem-solving and has a solution-oriented mindset
  • Be tech-savvy and be able to think logically to design qualitative end-to-end process workflows
  • Be an excellent communicator in written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • Technical degree
  • Experience working with end users / clients
  • Previous chat bot experience
  • Experience with JIRA

Salary:
Junior salary - net 2000 to 2200 euros net

Senior salary - 2200 to 2600 euros net

(Night shift salary is up to 3250 euros net)

Start Date: June/July 2024
