We are currently looking for a Director for Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services to lead our Energy Service Sales Organization in Scandinavia.
In this position, you will be in a visible leadership position and key role of selecting our priorities in selling, steering and developing sales to meet our business targets. You will report to the Vice President, Pulp, Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services in EMEA and be a member of the segment’s management team consisting of directors of the other Regions and key functional leaders.
The geographical area of responsibility covers Sweden, Denmark and Norway and your location is Gothenburg.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Lead sales, and develop energy, recovery and environmental services business in the Scandinavian region & report to the Vice President, Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services in EMEA.
- Pursue high customer satisfaction by developing solutions and agreements for our customer needs in service projects.
- Support our capital sales and act as a Key Account Manager for certain key customers in the area.
- Collaborate with our project execution teams is an important element of your work.
- Be in the key role of selecting our priorities in selling, steering and developing sales to meet our business targets.
- As a sales leader, it is your role to set clear targets, monitor performance and coach your team towards accountability and results. You will lead a cohesive team of sales, service and project management professionals in multiple countries in your region.
- In collaboration with the workshop ensure that the local production unit is strategically developed and operatively synchronized with the needs of sales and project execution
Who are you?
- Being technology driven business, a key to success is a strong subject matter expertise within energy, pulping, process and/or emission control technologies. You also have a demonstrated track record of strong leadership and coaching skills both in person and virtually . You have suitable educational background with an academic degree in a related engineering field
- Strong business acumen and experience in doing business in Scandinavia
- Experience in B-t-B contracts and good negotiation skills
- Analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically to grasp business drivers, make plans and implement actions
- Ability to do financial planning and follow-up
- Ability to network, build relationships and create trust
- Excellent communication skills, full business fluency in Swedish and English, both written and oral, other languages are an asset
- Availability to travel across Scandinavian region.
- M.Sc./B.Sc. in energy, pulping, chemical or process engineering
