Enable decisions, deliver insights and support an organization in reaching its full potential
In a newly created position, as Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be part of the Business Finance team at UR, which is responsible for driving financial and business analytics across the organization. Our main role is to create relevant, fact-based and transparent analytics for business decisions.

Your focus will be to support the top Management gaining analytical insights on Universal Robot’s corporate and commercial strategies. You will play a key role towards our expanding Service organization, as well as our Commercial teams across the World, as their trusted Business partner in Finance. You will get exposure to top Management and through strong communication and an analytical approach, you will gain trust and play a vital role in ensuring that the right insights are brought forward at the right time. Main areas of responsibility will be to:

• Be a trusted business partner towards our Commercial and Service organization supporting with financial and business analytical insights
• Partner with our strategy team to improve our data-driven corporate and commercial strategies by building, tracking and analyzing key metrics
• Support our mid-term financial forecast processes, including financial modelling
• Play a crucial role in our forecasting process

Reporting to our Head of FP&A, you will be part of a strong finance team based in our brand-new HQ in Odense, where commitment, attention to detail and integrity are key words. As a candidate for this position, you are passionate about delivering high quality, business relevant, analytics. You enjoy cross-organizational problem solving and are good at presenting your findings in a clear and structured way. You most likely have +5 years of relevant experience as a Finance Business Partner or within FP&A, business analytics, data science, performance management, commercial excellence or similar.

As a person you thrive in a fast-paced environment, you know that a deadline is a deadline, and you focus on quality in every aspect of the job. You have an outgoing and service minded personality and enjoys working in a dynamic and international environment. Working independently, taking responsibility, ownership and deliver results are some of the key elements in the position.

Other Professional Competencies:

• Relevant educational background, Cand.Merc., Cand.Polit or similar
• Advanced user of Excel and good knowledge of BI systems (knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage)
• Experience with managing data and data modelling
• Interpersonal skills – building a strong network and interacting with stakeholders across the organization
• Communicate fluently in English - verbally as well as in writing
