Brand Manager

As our new Brand Manager, you’ll be a key part of a dynamic brand team building a distinctive and confident fashion and consumer brand. You’ll be handed an important role in developing and executing go-to-market plans. We operate in many markets, and you will be handling key tier-one markets including Denmark.
You have a passion for creative branding and know how great impact in marketing executions feeds brand and business results. You see the bigger brand picture and steward activities in all consumer touch points in line with the brand platform.
You’ll be part of a newly-built brand team at Trendhim, refer to our Head of Brand, and work closely with dedicated specialists across the organisation.
Your primary tasks:
As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the Trendhim brand and our house brands in key tier 1 markets incl. Denmark. Your primary goal is to elevate brand performance and achieve our ambitious brand targets. The role includes:
- Rolling out Trendhim's new global brand platform and translating the brand strategy into go-to-market plans.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Trendhim brand and long-term brand positioning.
- Lead the development and execution of year-round brand engagement plans through partnerships, social media, and other marketing vehicles.
- Develop creative brand executions and breakthrough media plans across offline, online and organic social in collaboration with the brand team and external partners.
- Branded influencer activations on IG, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch and more.
- Guerilla marketing.
- Keeping up with market developments and analysing consumer insights as well as competitor strategies.
- Brand governance: Making sure Trendhim manifests a clear brand identity across all touch points.
- Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including assessing ROI and KPIs.
Who you are
- You have a passion for winning, and you live for branding and driving results.
- You hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience working in a similar brand management role – maybe you’ve worked with e-commerce and online marketplaces.
- Proven ability to execute on brand and marketing strategies.
- Proven experience working with digital marketing and a native understanding of digital platforms.
- Experience working with influencers.
- You likely have experience in market analysis and work with brand tracking, demand spaces, consumer archetypes, or other strategic segmentation models.
- Financial and budgetary management skills.
- You’re a true team player and quickly build connections with new people and teams.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
