As our Senior Paid Social Specialist, you'll be the mastermind behind maximising the impact and reach of our paid social ads. With an uncapped budget bound only by a profitability target, you'll have the freedom and resources to build the ultimate paid social empire. At Trendhim, we believe in world-class performance. As the lead of our Paid Social Channels, you'll have the power to shape strategy, push boundaries, and challenge the status quo. Your ambition and personal drive will set the tone for the commercial team.
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Driving exponential growth in revenue and profit across all channels.
- Pioneering bold strategies for testing and experimentation.
- Continuously optimising and evolving our Paid Social setup.
- Setting ambitious targets and charting the course to world-class performance on Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Staying ahead of the curve by mastering the latest trends and channel opportunities.
- Collaborating with the commercial team to launch cross-channel campaigns and tests.
- Managing and delivering on your channel group's budget.
- Analysing, reporting, and making data-driven decisions.
- Running a staggering number of ads that will make heads spin!
