Management Consultant to large and complex transformation in Danske Bank

As our new Management Consultant, you will have an essential role, where you need to be focused and take lead on the assignments, using all your skills within analysis, change management and transformations.
You will be a key part of the PMO (Project Management Office) in a large transformation program aimed at designing the future late collection solution for Danske Bank. We are re-designing our entire process landscape, implementing a new IT solution, and on-boarding a new external partner. All in a high focus area with very high-quality standards.

You will work on driving smaller projects within the overall programme, such as identifying the desired solution design in close collaboration with IT developers, process consultants and subject matter experts. You will also take part in developing material to drive decision-making to senior management.

You will have an essential role, where you need to be focused and take lead on the assignments, using all your skills within analysis, change management and transformations.

Your focus areas would be to:

• Develop material for decision making for senior management. This will require you to work together with many other project team members, understand fairly complex issues and help present it a condensed, easy-to-understand manner
• Drive solution design of elements within the programme. This will typically be projects of 1-2 month’s duration.
• Prioritise and plan deliverables in alignment for the programme along with your colleagues in the PMO
• Facilitate problem solving and escalation of roadblocks
• Analyse and convey complex material, both for use internally in the programme and for external stakeholders

We need you who have the skills, vision and experience

• You have experience as a project manager, ideally from the financial sector
• You have experience in developing powerpoint slides or similar material to facilitate decision-making processes
• You are great at collaborating with different stakeholders and personalities and know how to navigate in large organisations.
• You have analytical skills and can see through complex contexts and issues
• You are excellent in communicating complex processes in a simple way – both written and verbally
• You can maintain focus and direction in a busy workday, where changes are a part of scope, with an overall view of the value it creates for Danske Bank and its customers.
• You speak and write English fluently.

We expect you to have 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, and that you are great at creating an overview and show engagement in your daily work and professional relations.
