What will you be doing you ask?
Your primary task will be to lead one of the teams in our centralized Master Data Management organisation in Łódź. You will get a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of the team by challenging the status quo and inspiring employees to personal growth. Moreover, you will be in charge responsible for thriving accountability, ownership of creation and maintenance of data assets in your respective department. Your role will also be to monitor and improve the execution of the process, according to the SLA, as well as to enhance processes, procedures, and roles together with the Global Master Data Organisation and other Solar departments. Furthermore, your objective will be to ensure high data quality, standards, and safety. Additionally, we expect from you to drive process automations as well as to strive for continuous improvement, harmonization, and standardization on a global level.

What do we wish to see in you?
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious leader with good understanding of business data and processes, preferably within master data area, who is able to drive, motivate and develop the team. You have a relevant master’s degree combined with people and process operations management experience. Preferably, you have also practice in LEAN management. As a person, you are communicative, proactive, and able to work both locally and globally in a virtual organization. Finally, it is important that you are customer oriented, flexible, and open - minded, and since our corporate language is English, you are expected to speak and write it fluently.

Regarding IT skills, we expect you to be acquainted with MS Excel and MS Power Point on a good level. Furthermore, experience with ERP, preferably SAP would be a clear advantage.
