The Position
You will become part of the Project Management Office for Future QC focusing on project OCM and communication and will report directly to the Head of PMO. The Project Management Office is responsible for strategy, governance, OCM and all aspects of project control, including cost, risk, scope, and scheduling. This position allows you to challenge yourself and join the team during a critical phase-shift from design to execution.

As an Organizational Change Manager (OCM) at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage organizational change management activities for the Future QC Project. Your key tasks will include:
• Develop and implement change management strategy and plan combined with internal communication supporting change adoption in the Future QC project
• Analyze, lead and facilitate change and resistance management activities - especially focusing on awareness and desire activities
• Supporting the project with change management and stakeholder management sparing and recommendations incl. preparation on stakeholder involved initiatives
• Ensure successful stakeholder management and engagement
• Utilize change management methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or Kotter

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has:
• BA or MA degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role at a multinational company, with a strong focus on change management and internal communication
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR (certifications are a plus)
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to continuously interact and influence stakeholders across levels and disciplines
• Furthermore, you have excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate complex matters with simplicity. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English.

As a person, you are known for being self-driven, motivated, engaged, results-oriented, and open-minded. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive on taking the lead in problem-solving when needed to drive project success. You excel in evaluating issues and devising creative, effective solutions for the organization. Additionally, you have excellent analytical and strategic skills, with a curious mindset and the ability to identify process optimization opportunities; identify risk mitigating initiatives and recommend appropriate actions.

About the department
The Organizational Change Manager position is part of the Project Management Office for Future QC in Novo Nordisk’s Fill & Finish Expansions department. Our department is responsible for designing, planning, and building a major fill & finish expansion project in Novo Nordisk. We are currently focusing on the critical phase-shift from design to execution and are dedicated to ensuring the successful delivery of the project. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with senior colleagues and stakeholders globally, contributing to the development of fill & finish facilities of the future.

Future QC is a project in Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology.
