Leading product teams, that focus on delivering tangible business value and outcome through a data & analytics product strategy. This strategy is executed according to a roadmap closely aligned with Pandora's strategic vision and goals.

You will engage efficiently with business stakeholders to build a joint value plan with the ambition to extract further value from key data assets and pave the way towards a Data-driven organization. You will be accountable for demand prioritization according to expected value and resources available within the domain and the overall D&A Team.

You will be part of the D&A LT team actively contributing in the strategic roadmap and transformation of the function.

Your core remit will be to move the business towards a data driven mindset from technology, data access and quality, and analytics standpoint.

And as people is the more important asset we can have at Pandora, you will be accountable for people development in domain.

Experience:

  • Experiences and knowledge in Marketing metrics and Marketing Analytics data challenges such as marketing channel mix, attribution modelling, lifetime value, brand tracking.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to build trust & confidence in driving data driven decision making through to results impact.
  • Stakeholder management and program management is a must
  • Highly financial educated and experienced professional, ability to manage budgets efficiently and seek for efficiencies.
  • 7+yrs in a leadership position, with minimum of 5 yrs leading and developing technical teams.
  • Background in delivering business value through data.
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver insightful findings that will give new perspectives and inspire colleagues.
  • Ability to speak the language of analytics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Line management (5-7+ direct reports)
  • Stakeholder management: ability to interact seamlessly with C-suite employees.
  • Experience in a data rich environment
  • Experience in a Tech, FMCG or Retail business
  • Working within a Global or Regional Structure
