As an HR Director within our Global Office community, you will partner with members of our Executive Leadership Team and other senior leaders across the business to co-create and deploy the People and Sustainability plan to deliver the business strategy and to support a progressive and healthy performance culture. You will coach and challenge senior leaders on creating an organisation that is inclusive, engaging and bring Pandora’s values – dream, dare, care, and deliver - to the front and center of everything we do.

You will establish and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and their teams across the HR function on a global scale.

You probably come from a similar role in a global company, where you have been part of enabling business transformation, through a strong people agenda. We expect you have a good foundation and experience in in HR processes, execution of the yearly cycle, employee lifecycle, and driving talent processes. In addition, you should be curious, open and have a desire to continue to develop your career further into HR.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

  • Business partnering: You will be part of a team of HR Directors partnering with the executive leadership and their teams. Business partnering in Pandora will have a heavy focus on talent, succession and development but also cover and go beyond organisation development, operating models, ways of working, structure, costs, growth, sizing, and the overall people experience.
  • As part of the GO HR team you are expected to be part of establishing and delivering a strong People and Sustainability plan for your Client group as well as driving initiatives to increase Employee Engagement and the Employee Experience within our Global Office.
  • Advance the talent, succession, and development agenda across your functional area, enabling the leaders to develop talent and grow their teams, fuelling engagement and net promoter scores. Maintain and achieve key KPIs on dashboard while running day to day HR.
  • Be part of professionalising and creating a strong value adding HR team that deliver a consistent positive people experience.
  • Interact and collaborate with COEs to ensure ideal delivery timeframes, alignment, and adherence to policies.
  • Co-create and execute the activities in the annual wheel, and act as the project lead to establish how we go to market with our people initiatives and solutions globally.

In addition, you able to prioritise and organise your deliverables and activities, to ensure we deliver business outcomes. Your unique HR expertise and transformation mindset will make you an indispensable part of our global HR function. Furthermore, we hope that you can demonstrate:

  • A natural way of engaging and build relationship with your stakeholder group.
  • A creative problem solver with a positive mindset.
  • Experience within, and ability to navigate in a large, diverse, and global matrix organization.
  • Thrive in a high-paced environment with many sometime conflicting prioritise
  • Structured and good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong skills within MS PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience from having translated business goals into strategies and priorities.
  • Experience with driving an ambitious change agenda within HR.
  • Experience in org design/change management, talent and/or leadership/org development.
  • Knowledge of Danish employment law requirements and legal implications is an advantage.
