You will play an important role in You will develop, design, and take part in product management auxiliary equipment for the new fuel type engines, i.e., LNG, LPG, Methanol and Ammonia. Fuels with lower environmental footprint.
You will be working with various technologies and processes for the marine industry, being precise mechanical equipment, high pressure hydraulic system, cryogenic equipment, liquid gas and gaseous gas, skid design, etc.
A typical day would consist of design and development work, interaction with suppliers, production sites, project managers and follow up on service experiences from all over the world.
You will bring ideas from concept to commercial design and follow it into production and service. The work takes place in cross-functional projects with a wide range of competences. The mechanical team consists of four persons managing auxiliary units, but with support from a wide specter of the organization and competences.
Limited travel (below 15 days per year) in connection to tests and service follow up is expected.
We imagine that you: We imagine that you have some of the following qualifications:
- Mechanical Engineer, M.Sc./B.Sc.
- Have experience with technical products and solutions, preferably from the maritime industry or process industry.
- Experience with mechanical design preferred.
- Experience with hydraulic systems preferred.
- Curious by nature, team player and proactive
- Able to operate under pressure even if things do not happen according to plan

You will be part of a team of 10 Engineers with a broad variety of backgrounds and work tasks.
We make application design for Engine supply system and Maintenance Tools for the engines.
