At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will join the Test & Analysis department consisting of 4 teams with 54 employees in total. T&A is an integral part of the Test & Characterisation organisation within R&D, where we lead the design, documentation, and execution of our test strategies.
You will manage the Adhesive & Actives Laboratory team of 11 experienced laboratory technicians, who in close cooperation with the Test & Engineering scientists creates evidence within the product performance, materials properties and mechanical testing – ultimately making a difference for people with intimate health care needs.

As our new team manager, you are all about developing and motivating your team. At the same time, you ensure well-functioning facilities and equipment, as well as safe working conditions in the laboratory – always with an eye for compliance and continuous improvement.
Doing so, you will:
Lead a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, innovation and continuous improvement Secure employee motivation, development and engagement through frequent 1:1s and continued focus on their development Ensure efficient ways of working to secure reliable and timely execution of lab tests
Maintain a safe functioning of laboratory facilities, where safety is of the highest priority
Be part of our management team, collaborating across disciplines and sharing best practices
Contribute to developing the strategic direction of the laboratories across the Coloplast organization and identify relevant action areas for your own laboratory.
Collaborative team manager with laboratory expertise
You are an empathetic and inclusive leader with strong interpersonal skills, adept at handling various stakeholder
– from your colleagues in R&D to stakeholders across the organisation.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
Possess either people management experience and/or laboratory experience, preferably from the medical device industry or a regulated R&D organisation
Have some years of experience in personnel leadership from a similar role
Have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment Speak and write English fluently and understand Danish at an advanced level
