The Position
As an Experienced Production Engineer, you’ll join our team to lead and enhance the maintenance processes at our production site. Your workday will be dynamic, offering you the opportunity to drive your own projects while collaborating closely with our skilled colleagues across the organization.
You will work closely together with different stakeholders such as skilled workers, specialists, technicians and managers. This is an opportunity to continuously monitor and optimize processes to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
The main tasks will be to:
• Have a key role of implement projects, such as supporting data (MTTR, MTBF), Asset Management, on our assembly lines.
• Maintain and develop our maintenance process in close collaboration with your co-workers and other stakeholders across the site.
• Lead on implement digital tools for our skilled workers.
• Be responsible for documentation.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in marine engineering, production engineering or similar field.
• Have experience in production maintenance, maintenance plans and project leadership.
• Have knowledge of proactive maintenance and asset management strategies.
• Have solid experience with SAP PM or similar systems.
• Are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
As a person, you have great communication and collaboration skills. Actively engaging with stakeholders is crucial for maintaining excellent relationships and effective stakeholder management.
Having a flair for IT and data analysis, and the ability to get quickly acquainted with our different systems is key to succeed in this role.
About the Department
You will be a part of the “Assembly Maintenance team” and have 32 direct colleagues. We are responsible for the maintenance, on our assembly lines 24/7-365.
The team is a part of Needle Manufacturing, which is overall responsible for the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk's pen needles, including internal production, quality assurance, and manufacturing development. We are organized in seven departments and with approximately 440 employees dedicated to ensuring the pen needle supply to Novo Nordisk.
