The position
As a Health & Safety IT Solution specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to work with:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, facilitation, and execution of the roll-out of the various solution. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the roll-out process. This involves understanding stakeholder needs, alignment on framework and timeline, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- IT Skills: Understanding of IT requirements and back-end setup of the system whether it’s an training app or a full H&S IT solution to ensure smooth technical implementation. This includes working closely with the IT team to ensure that IT requirements and technical aspects are aligned with the needs from the business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, Environment Health and Safety data/IT, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, or project management
- Basic Knowledge about Health & Safety
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management system (LMS)
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently as well as team player and manage multiple projects simultaneously
As a person, You are excellent at seeing tasks from a helicopter perspective and can “lean” them. You are structured and have good analytical skills. You communicate well with different job groups and build good relations with colleagues and stakeholders. You take ownership of a task from planning to execution and follow-up, but you also enjoy working in a team towards common goals.
English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently.

You will be part of a team in Novo Nordisk Health & Safety, a unit in the global People & Organisation division. The department is Novo Nordisk’s Centre of Excellence in the field of Health & Safety with around 55 dedicated colleagues.
