To further strengthen our Laboratory Digitalization team within Digital Manufacturing, we are looking for 2 Life science LIMS Solution Engineer or LIMS Developer – LabVantage or SampleManager with a strong background in the life sciences industry and digitalization within Quality Control, Analytical Development and/or Pre-clinical analytical laboratories.
NNIT Digital Manufacturing is a fast-growing business area where we are applying latest technologies to improve pharmaceutical production processes, as well product development.

Your responsibilities:
You will take part of our European Laboratory Digitalization team as Senior Consultant, joining in client engagements focused on LIMS solution assessments or LabVantage/SampleManager implementations augmenting pharma manufacturer project teams in knowledge and capacity.
You will be the main responsible for NNIT LabVantage or other LIMS sandboxes including ensuring its availability, as well as organizing and actively participate in training and other knowledge sharing sessions.
Additionally, you will contribute to executing the strategy for growing the Laboratory area in NNIT, through occasional contributions business development and thought leadership activities, as well as taking lead consultant roles in smaller client engagements.

Your qualifications and experience:
Degree (or similar) in Engineering, Science or IT

• Solution Engineer or Developer with hands on experience from LabVantage LIMS or SampleManager LIMS in configuration and customization in implementations for Pharma manufacturers.

• Sound understanding of business processes in quality control laboratories, and/or other pharma quality testing analytical laboratories

• In depth knowledge of LIMS applications from admin, business analyst and user roles.

• Sound experience in explaining client users LabVantage or SampleManager Out-of-the-box functionality, proposing configuration or customization options and communicating pros and cons.

• Experience in collaboration with LIMS vendors preferably LabVantage or ThermoFisher

• Ability to write consultancy service proposals and communicating orally and in writing the NNIT and personal value propositions.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to liaise effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
• Fluency in oral and written English is a must. A second language (Spanish preferably, or German, Danish, Italian) is desired.
• Travel must be expected, but will be kept to necessary business trips.
