Our growing Global Quality Release and Distribution organization has 15 dedicated employees in different locations including Denmark, France, Switzerland, and the US. The Global Team is a dynamic and multicultural hub, where diverse perspectives and unique insights drive creativity and fuel growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This hybrid position is preferably based on-site in Kvistgaard, Denmark, with up to 30 % travel expected and you will work in close collaboration with the Responsible Person (RP) for distribution. You will report to the Senior Director of Global Quality, Philippe Verdon - a supportive leader who fosters growth, encourages development, and values your contributions.

Your Impact
We are expanding and need an expert in the field of distribution to support the function and the associated operations.

Your responsibilities are to:

• Operate distribution quality for our products as per Good Distribution Practices (GDP) (70 %)
  • Audit distributors so that their qualified status is activated or maintained
  • Write Quality Agreements with distributors and keep them up to date
  • Maintain the distribution quality procedures to be compliant with current regulations

• Support QMS processes like changes, deviation, and complaints management (30 %)

Are you our next pioneer?
To succeed in this role your qualifications are:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, e.g. pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, or equivalent
• Experience and proficiency with GDP (min. 3 years of relevant work experience) in the biopharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMPs
• Experienced auditor for GDP
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
