Automation Engineer for Life Science Projects

We’re expanding and currently looking for automation engineers for our offices in Lynge and Kalundborg. As part of our project team, you’ll work closely with customers in the pharmaceutical industry to develop innovative automation solutions.

Your New Role as an Automation Engineer at Init
As an automation engineer, you will play a key role throughout the entire project lifecycle – from initial customer meetings to design, programming, implementation, testing, and handover.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Designing, programming, and implementing DCS systems and automation solutions
• Troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining software and equipment
• Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of automation solutions
• Developing and documenting automation strategies and procedures

Who Are You?
We’re looking for a technically driven individual who is passionate about automation solutions and project work, and eager to take on responsibility. Ideally, you have:

• An educational background in engineering, marine engineering, automation technology, or a similar field
• Experience with DCS, Sattline, or 800xA
• Experience designing and implementing control systems in a Pharma/GxP environment
• A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
