Join us to develop the urology solutions of the future

We are looking for an experienced Global Product Manager to drive our Pipeline development projects. You will be taking a leading position in setting the commercial direction of the product area within the project, and you will be responsible for ensuring user and customer needs are addressed during the development of a solution. To succeed, you will team up with stakeholders among others in Brand & Marketing Communications, R&D, Clinical, HEMA, and Sustainability to develop strong value propositions and develop go-to-market strategies for the solution to be launched.

You will join a team of dedicated Pipeline and Product Managers where collaboration and teamwork are some of our key values. You will report to the Director of Global Product Management Urology.

Main responsibilities

• Commercial lead on New Product Development projects including setting the commercial and strategic direction of the product area to secure a strong launch
• Lead and facilitate advisory boards and KOL involvementduring development
• Develop business cases including building scenarios for portfolio analysis
• Drive early-phase commercial investigations to gather user needs, market potentials and customer value
• Contribute to the development of the value proposition in collaboration with other stakeholders in Global Marketing
• Drive the launch activities according to our Launch Excellence process

Key competencies

We imagine you have solid business, product management and clinical experience within medical devices, preferably within Urology. Equally, you have worked with, led, or co-owned elements related to innovation projects from early phase to launch, which enables you to make the right commercial decisions and recommendations throughout the different phases. It's evident that you understand user needs and can translate them into technical requirements, and with your strong business acumen, you are able to develop and present business cases.

Furthermore, you:

• Hold a degree in healthcare, business or marketing on a master’s level and have a project work-oriented mindset
• Are familiar with product development processes and have maybe even already worked in projects and/or programs as part of a cross-functional team
• Are strategic and able to analyze clinical and market trends related to your product areas
• Are a team player across the stakeholder landscape, and thrive in a matrix organization
