Country Process Owner, Denmark, Googler Experience
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization.
- Experience in legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
- Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR tools and processes.

- Be responsible for executing the critical Human Resources (HR) requirements in the country, and ensure local compliance.
