Job Description
Danfoss Commercial Compressors (CC) is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Director to develop and implement a supply chain strategy across our division, specifically for our electronic products. This role is key in strategic planning to ensure an efficient, cost-effective supply chain that meets business needs while maintaining high resilience. You will work closely with supply chain teams in our Product Lines and external partners to ensure successful strategy execution. The position requires deep expertise in supply chain management and a strong understanding of outsourced electronic production.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Develop and implement the supply chain strategy for electronic products across the division.
• Improve business operations and purchasing techniques.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and partners.
• Develop strategies to optimize existing supply chains or create new ones when needed.
• Create dashboards to provide an overview of strategic supply chain projects across the division.

Background & Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of outsourced electronic production, along with over 10 years of experience in similar roles. If you are a strong communicator, skilled in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and project execution, you may be the ideal candidate.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with company goals.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to convey strategy, manage change, and oversee daily operations effectively at all levels.
• Financial and Analytical Skills: Ability to make financial calculations, analyze data, and recommend optimal supply chain structures.
• Understanding of Outsourced Production: A deep understanding of outsourced electronic manufacturing services (EMS) and how to integrate this into the overall supply chain strategy.
