You will join the international Tech Transfer & Validation Team within Global MSAT, consisting of 11 scientists and a total of 50 team members. We offer great autonomy, flexibility, and a strong team spirit, collaborating to find scientific solutions that support our ambitious targets.
Global MSAT is responsible for standardization and strategic alignment for implementation and life-cycle management of manufacturing processes, products, and materials across our internal and external manufacturing facilities, for consistent quality and regulatory compliance of all products.
As a Tech Transfer Lead, you will report to the Manager of the Tech Transfer Team and collaborate with colleagues across the Global MSAT department as well as colleagues across the organization, like Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control (QC) laboratories, Quality Assurance (QA), Production Development, and Commercial Production Sites including External Manufacturing sites.
Your Impact
You will play a dual role and act both as a scientist within the team and as a coordinator of project deliverables across the department.
Your tasks include:
- Author protocols and reports, compiling and evaluating manufacturing and product data
- Author and manage change requests for tech transfer activities
- Ensure scientific rationales and Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control (CMC) source documents for regulatory purposes
- Facilitate department preparation for status reporting and decision-making
- Align standardized approach with our stakeholders, and facilitate lessons learned sessions

- Minimum 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical process technologies
- Relevant scientific background, e.g. Master in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemical Eng., Pharmacy, or similar
- Tech Transfer experience is a benefit
- Fluent in spoken and written English
