Your new role
Ramboll is constantly evolving as a global organisation as we implement our company strategy ‘Partner for Sustainable Change’. We take a portfolio-based approach to support global strategic change projects. As our new Change Management Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for assessing, planning and implementing change initiatives globally in collaboration with our Global Business Areas. This role is based at our Head Office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
Your key responsibilities
- Assess the change readiness of large strategic projects - evaluate the impact of change and the organisation's maturity level.
- Engage stakeholders and define success for change initiatives - identify key stakeholders, involve end users, and set measurable people success criteria.
- Plan and execute change management - develop and implement change management plans in collaboration with the project team.
- Communication, training and support - create change communication and define learning needs in collaboration with your comms/HR colleagues
- Monitor, adjust and sustain - measure effectiveness, adjust efforts as needed, and ensure a successful handover to the business owner.
- Manage and develop our student assistant.
Your new team
You will report to the Head of Change Management in the Change Management Centre of Expertise. We are part of Group Business Transformation, which reports to Ramboll’s Executive Office. The Group Business Transformation team consists of 18 high-performing professionals based in Denmark and India, with diverse expertise in project management, change management, and process excellence.

Our team brings a diverse range of change management expertise within process optimisation, UX, behavioural design, communication, training, and coaching.
About you

- 3-5 years of change management experience in planning and implementing change initiatives in an international company.
- Hold a master’s degree in business administration, strategy, change management, or a related field.
- A structured approach to change management, e.g., ADKAR.
- Experience in leveraging AI to enhance your daily change management work.
- Focus on data-driven decisions, high standards, and cultural sensitivity in relationships.
- Strong communicator, helping teams take ownership of outcomes.
- Positive Leadership: Inspire enthusiasm, celebrate successes, and have a “can do attitude”.
- SharePoint development and people manager experience: Preferred but not required.
- A global mindset and excellent English communication skills.
