What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead Process Excellence – Own and optimize Level 3-5 processes, ensuring they are well-defined, efficient, and seamlessly integrated.
🔹 Drive Innovation & Improvement – Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for enhancement, and champion digitization and automation.
🔹 Collaborate & Influence – Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive process standardization, manage change, and ensure a best-in-class experience for users and customers.
🔹 Ensure Process Adherence – Maintain governance standards, manage process risks, and drive continuous improvement based on frontline execution insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Functional Product Owner with successes in this type of position in a Global Company
• Strong expertise in process design, execution, and optimization.
• A data-driven mindset with experience in process performance measurement.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in digitization, automation, and process standardization.
