You will play an important role in: As our new Recruitment Partner, you will play a crucial role in assisting leaders in choosing the right candidates to achieve the company’s strategy goals. This entails being responsible for the whole recruitment process from:

• Conducting start-up meetings with hiring managers
• Fine-tuning job ads
• Sourcing candidates e.g. LinkedIn recruiter license
• Conducting in-depth personality and ability interviews with candidates
• Negotiating salary
• Besides day-to-day recruitment tasks, you will be responsible for the continuousimprovementof the recruitment process.

Welcome to Talent Acquisition You will join a great team of five Recruitment Partners and five HR Student Assistants. The team is based at our sites in Copenhagen and Frederikshavn and we collaborate closely with our HR colleagues.

Together in HR Denmark, we are 33 colleagues supporting and enabling the business and each other across the 3 HR teams.
