We are looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on leader to redefine our Climate Solutions Academy.

This is not a maintenance role - it’s a transformation mission where you will re-build a modern, agile, and high-impact Training Academy, ensuring it delivers real business value, future-proofs our workforce, and enhances customer success.

Job Responsibilities
What you’ll own and drive:

  • Reimagine and building on the existing Academy foundation to create a more effective and business-driven learning function.
  • Streamline & Prioritize: Clean up legacy programs, cut what doesn’t add value, and focusing on high-impact learning.
  • Deliver internal & external training: Business, functional, technical, product, and customer training on new technologies and products.
  • Leverage technology & AI: Implement personalized, on-demand, and data-driven learning solutions.
  • Measure what matters: Track business outcomes, not just learning hours - ensure training drives performance.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and develop a team to execute the vision and drive learning transformation.

Background & Skills

  • Proven Experience: You’ve successfully designed and led innovative training academies, corporate universities, or large-scale learning programs.
  • Business Acumen: You understand how learning drives business success and align training directly with organizational priorities.
  • Customer-Centric mindset: You recognize that training is not just for employees - it’s a critical driver of customer success.
  • Digital & AI-Savvy: You embrace tech-driven, personalized learning, leveraging AI, data, and automation.
  • Change Leadership: You can transform learning culture, making continuous learning a business habit.
