We can offer you the following tasks
MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job trainings, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations. As a trainee in strategic procurement at MAN Energy Solutions, you will help shape the strategic and sustainable procurement of the future. The Corporate Strategic Procurement department reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer and sets the course for the future purchasing strategy.
- Assignments in various departments in the area of Corporate Strategic Procurement and relevant interface functions
- Interdisciplinary projects/passes in adjacent areas such as engineering, product management, controlling, quality and production
- Active implementation of the MAN ES procurement strategy, especially in the areas of cost design, security of supply and sustainability
- International project assignments at one of our locations abroad
- Takeover of a product group, which is independently supervised and further developed during the entire programme
You can help us with these qualifications
- Above-average master´s degree in the field of mechanical engineering/industrial engineering
- Relevant practical experience in various industrial and service companies, e.g. through internships completed over several months or student trainee positions
- Practical experience in project management
- Very good german and english Skills (further languages welcome)
- At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
- Basic technical understanding in the areas of materials science, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering
- Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good communication and cooperative skills
- Open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
