Global Network Development Manager
At BoConcept, we are looking for a Global Network Development Manager to join our HQ team in Denmark.
This role is well-suited for someone with a solid background (min. 5 years) in Retail Network Expansion ideally gained from a franchised or own & operated retail network environment with significant international exposure.
You will play a pivotal role in assessing local market potential, identifying and assessing potential investors taking them from early stage introduction to successful pitching.
You can show proof of successful expansion stories from the brands you have previously handled and you bring a wide ranging network from recruiters to investors in key global economies in Asia (excl. Japan), Europe and North America

KEY QUALIFICATIONS THAT WE ENVISION YOU POSSESS INCLUDE
- Proven experience in Business Development gained within retail (ideally franchising) and Project Management
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Significant commercial and financial acumen
- Familiarity with legal insights and real estate negotiations
- Experience in market analysis and expansion planning
- Vast international expose
- Fluent in written and oral English, other languages a plus
- Availability to travel up to 20% of your time
AMONG YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, WE SEE THE FOLLOWING
- Evaluate and identify global market expansion opportunities within both existing and (less) new markets
- Develop and implement market expansion plans in close collaboration with our Country Managers and Franchise Partners
- Source and establish franchise partnerships, through active local partner search and assessments guiding potential investors through the application process to successful pitch
- Establish close collaborations with primarily franchise network professionals and secondary, real estate developers
- Attend trade fairs and events to promote BoConcept and expand our reach and network
WHAT WE OFFER

This means it is possible to work either from Copenhagen or Herning. The position requires travel commitments of approximately 15-30 days per year. As you engage with diverse global stakeholders, proficiency in English will be essential for effective collaboration.
