Join us to ensure strategic planning and execution of marketing communication and activations with our B2B partners and strengthen Bang & Olufsen’s positioning in the B2B industry, supporting lead generation and delivery on commercial business objectives.
As our new Marketing Consultant, you will join our Business Development & Strategic Partnerships team, who bring our world class audio and technology experiences to partner products and propositions, including some of the largest and leading brands globally. You will work out of office in Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Key responsibilities
- Establish Bang & Olufsen as preferred luxury partner in B2B for audio and visual integration.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing communication plans in collaboration with B2B partners to support business objectives and luxury brand positioning.
- Drive lead generation initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and partner activations to support the B2B sales pipeline.
- Drive end-to-end marketing activation campaigns with partners, including planning, coordination, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all partner marketing communication and touchpoints.
- Identify and activate joint marketing opportunities with key B2B partners to strengthen Bang & Olufsen’s positioning within the B2B industry.
- Develop content, messaging, and assets for B2B campaigns and partner communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, acting as a key marketing liaison and advisor for B2B partners.
What you bring
You come with a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, partnership marketing, or brand activation, preferably from luxury lifestyle or design industries.
Moreover, you bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing communication strategies and co-branded campaigns with external partners.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the role of marketing in lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Effective strategic marketing planning skills with the ability to align marketing activities to business objectives.
- Ability to develop partner marketing activation concepts and translate them into executional roadmaps.
- Excellent relationship management skills with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English, written and verbal.

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
