Regional Marketing & Communications Partner – Nordics (maternity cover)

Job overview:
As our Regional Marketing & Communications Partner (10 months maternity cover with possibility of extension) you will work closely with our business leaders to develop and execute compelling marketing and communications initiatives that position our company as a strong partner in the logistics industry. Using your understanding of the Nordic market (Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, Greenland, Iceland, Norway & Sweden) and your storytelling skills, you will create impactful campaigns that resonate with our market and contribute to business growth.

Your role will be to:

• Build and maintain strong relations with regional business partners to gain deep market insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Develop engaging internal and external marketing and communication content, including promotional materials, business graphics, informational content, employer branding and more.
• Plan, design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads and drive customer engagement.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with external agencies and vendors to optimise campaign performance and achieve business objectives.

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience with regional marketing and communications within the Nordic region.
• Experience working in the B2B sector is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
• Professional experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and relation-building skills.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The role will be based at our HQ in Esbjerg.
