Key responsibilities:
- You will be part of the Culture and Performance team that drives development projects and initiatives focussing on enabling Hempel‘s performance culture
- You will play a role in developing, driving and supporting various strategic initiatives that sustain high engagement and performance for people and team, as well as on organisational level.
- You will support the development and advancement of the culture measurement approach and insights
- Your key responsibilities will be to act as subject matter expert (SME) for people engagement and culture measurement. This involves:
- Develop and implement engagement strategy and approach to support Hempel’s employee engagement goals
- Develop and implement culture measurement strategy and approach to support Hempel’s goals
- Drive implementation and anchoring of Hempel’s global engagement survey across the organisation
- Generate, analyse and communicate insights about employee engagement and culture change
- Together with relevant stakeholders, e.g., people partners, leader and team members, develop and implement initiatives that support employee engagement on organisational, team and leader level
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across P&C to ensure that performance and engagement align with P&C processes. This includes implementation, anchoring, governance, annual wheel execution and continuous improvement
Key tasks:
- Contribute with knowledge and expertise within employee engagement and culture measurement
- Provide training to employees, leaders and people partner organisation on people engagement and survey best practice
- Partnering with people partner organisation and HRIS to ensure that process and survey solution is clear, executed and aligned with organisational engagement goals
- Advise employees, people partner organisation and leaders on engagement approach in Hempel.
- Work closely with other CoEs such as Talent, Development and Rewards to ensure concept and process fully supports other P&C and business processes
- Track process implementation and anchoring as well as identify actions / initiatives to ensure successful implementation and anchoring as well as behaviour change
- Develop and drive implementation of Hempel’s new engagement survey, and annual process. Analyse data to identify trends, improvements and progress against Hempel’s engagement and culture change goals
Required education, experience and job-related skills:
- Relevant academic degree at Master level
- Experience with people engagement, analytics and insights and/or organizational development
- Experience from driving global P&C processes in other global organisations, involving activities related to effective adoption and execution
