Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement testing plans across the development lifecycle of multiple products.
  • Identifies and recruits schools to test LEGO® Education products based on key demographic criteria and sample size needs.
  • Oversees logistics to ensure testing plans are completed on time, including coordinating with school districts and testing partners, securing local agreements, managing testing schedules, preparing and tracking testing materials, and organizing travel.
  • Troubleshoots logistical challenges to maintain smooth test operations.
  • Ensures all testing activities align with ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, consent requirements, and legal agreements, maintaining thorough documentation of compliance processes and approvals.
  • Develops and maintains internal test tracking platforms, protocols, and databases to ensure consistency in testing methodologies, contribute to updates on research progress, and inform insights for improving future testing cycles.

The Efficacy and Insights Testing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of tests designed to evaluate the impact of educational products on children's learning outcomes. This position ensures seamless coordination between internal and external testing partners, manages logistics, upholds compliance requirements, and assists research partners with data management, reporting, and documentation.

Do you have what it takes?
You can come with multiple educational backgrounds; most importantly is your demonstrated experience in project management, team logistics and research coordination combined with experience in developing and maintaining cross-team communication platforms and data tracking systems.

As a person, you thrive in and are experienced working independently in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to identify critical and highest impact tasks. You show excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in English in both spoken and written. You bring strong social, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, are excellent in planning, facilitation, and problem-solving as well as you bring advanced working knowledge across Microsoft office suite (Excel, Microsoft Word)

Occasional travel to testing sites locally and internationally will be expected as well as occasional lifting 10kg or less when transporting testing materials to testing
sites will be expected.
