Join us as our new Waste Water Engineer in Environmental Operations
We are 45 motivated employees consisting of process operators, technicians, engineers and staff functions. We are a strong team securing that the waste water meets the required standards before leaving our site. It is a process, that the whole department takes great pride in.

Welcome to Environmental Operations
The main task for the team is to treat the waste water and biomass from both Novonesis and Novo Nordic, so production at both companies can be conducted smoothly and at the same time ensuring that all environmental requirements for the waste water is fulfilled.

It is a very large and advanced waste water facility, that we optimize continuously. We are conducting a major expansion of our waste water facility, and this is being executed while the production is running. This is a very exciting time to be in Environmental Operations.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Working in Denmarks largest waste water facility
• Having process responsibility
• Working on lab trials to optimize or troubleshoot processes, data analysis on production data, administrative tasks to support production
• Driving minor investment projects to improve process performance

To succeed you must:

• Hold a degree within Biochemical engineering or similar
• Have a curious and open mindset
• Possess good communication skills in Danish and/or English
• Be capable of working independently and actively seeking input, when the task demands it
