The position
As an Assessment / Pre Qualification Specialist, you will:
- Plan and conduct assessments and pre-qualifications of clinical vendors.
- Collaborate with Trial Operations and SME functions across Novo Nordisk to ensure effective pre qualifications of clinical vendors.
- Ensure proper compliance with GxP standards and ICH guidelines is assessed.
- Drive continuous improvement in how we work with the pre-qualification process.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Solid experience in audit or inspection functions, outsourcing management, or clinical operations.
- Solid understanding of GxP standards and ICH guidelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in clinical vendor management is a plus.

Clinical Outsourcing Management is based at our headquarters, where we manage and drive clinical outsourcing strategies. Our team works closely with Trial Operations and external partners to ensure successful trial execution.
