Why this role is important to us
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead specialized in Marketing Automation to enhance our marketing outreach framework. In this role, you will be the key contributor for our automation strategies, focusing on segmentation and engagement optimization while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. You will develop your expertise in a constantly advancing field with access to professional development and advanced marketing technologies. What you will be responsible for
- Design targeted strategies and email marketing programs to maximize engagement across the entire customer lifecycle with our key audiences
- Ensure GDPR and data privacy compliance across all marketing automation processes
- Keep up with emerging trends within marketing automation to constantly evolve and optimize the technology
- Serve as our Marketing Automation administrator, maintaining documentation, establishing governance best practices and integrations with our MarTech stack including our CRM and CMS systems
- Train stakeholders in their usage of our CRM and MAP tools and act as 2nd level support

- Established knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM software and CMS applications
- Proficient understanding of digital marketing and the role of email marketing and audience segmentation strategies
- An understanding of data privacy regulations including GDPR
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
