In this role, you'll collaborate with the team to deliver scalable and modular applications that evolve with our business needs, customer expectations, and market demands.

This is an onsite position at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark. However, for the right candidate, we offer a hybrid work model. Occasional short travels may occur. We are seeking candidates who are already based in Denmark.

Your responsibilities
As our Senior IT Developer, you will drive best practices and structure, ensuring that knowledge is shared and leveraged effectively across the organization. You will mentor and guide team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise. Additionally, you will collaborate with a diverse and geographically dispersed team to deliver business value through innovative technical solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using C# .NET and Azure technologies.
• Monitor application performance, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain existing software and systems for smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and implement integrations between systems to facilitate information exchange and improve efficiency.
• Lead meetings and technical discussions, share expertise, and facilitate learning of new skills and technologies.

Who are you?
You possess a strong background in high-level architecture and business-driven development, with 5+ years of experience as an IT Developer.

We expect you to have proven experience with:

• Software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery)
• C# .NET Core
• Angular / Frontend development and Logic Apps
• Azure services and Azure DevOps

Additionally, you bring:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focusing on solution methods and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simpler terms.
• Ability to lead, facilitate, and make confident decisions.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) at a professional level. Danish is a plus but not required.

Most importantly, you are proactive and analytical, eager to grow, and ready for a steep learning curve in an exciting international environment.
