Your role and responsibilities
Do you have experience with Pharma, and would like to develop your skills within QA? Do you have a keen interest in the Pharma and life science industry and processes? Here’s your chance to be part of a growing QA setup in a leading and successful engineering company. We need you because the pharmaceutical industry is a strategically important growth area for ABB Denmark. We have an exciting pipeline of projects where we are developing and implementing automation solutions for pharmaceutical production. Working with pharma demands new and higher standards in documentation, processes, and more. We are therefore building a new QA function, and we already have a Lead QA professional whom you’ll work closely with. You will have the opportunity to use and develop your skills across multiple areas. As mentioned, you will help creating the new ABB Pharma QA setup in Denmark, ensuring we work as smartly as possible. Simultaneously, you will be introduced to and working with classic QA tasks to ensure compliance with current regulations and customer requirements. On top of that, you’ll be instrumental in fostering a quality mindset among engineers. QA should be an integral part of every project, and for this reason you’ll be involved in projects from start to finish. Your path to success is largely rooted in your desire to learn and create new solutions, including your ability to handle uncertainty and unpredictability. Alongside this, you should thrive with many points of contact. You’ll be the one to proactively reaching out and making things happen. Here, you’ll use your ability to drive the support activities directly on the projects. Your responsibilities: • Contribute to our new QA setup with the right processes and tools. • Work in and provide support for TIMS (the customer’s verification and testing system). • Guide and train both Danish and international automation engineers in TIMS. • Create protocols and test plans based on templates. • Ensure compliance with customers QMS. • Ensure that documentation complies with current regulations and specific customer requirements. • Contribute to develop tools for ABB Pharma QMS.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience within Pharma and passionate about solving tasks through strong collaboration.
• Experience with working in QMS systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks across different projects with colleagues from around the world.
• Motivation to work in a project-oriented organization with milestones and many parallel projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
