Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for building the standards and performance metrics of global competency programs and leading it into the direction of Front-End Operations and Competency Management Team targets. This role is open globally and can be based in all the ABB offices. You will be mainly responsible for: • Overseeing the competency need by collecting data from the front end in competency programs. • Leading, developing and maintaining global programs and curriculums in collaboration with Global Training Centers, SSUs and other information owners. • Leading and developing special programs for special needs like sales, project management, product management, Digitalization, Modernization. • Building competency programs standards to build standardized programs with highest quality and efficiency. • Implementing those standards to existing programs and build new ones within those standards. • Prioritizing the workflows of content creators to ensure that training programs are published in the fastest and most efficient way.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position within industry.
• Perfect written and spoken skills in English.
• Proven skills on content creation and/or learning program development.
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems administration.
• Proven skills of people management and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Motion Products is needed, understanding Motion Services organization is an asset.
