As a Student Assistant in Strategy Direct Care, you will work closely with former top-tier strategy consultants and the Direct Care management team in a collaborative environment, gaining hands-on experience with strategy development and execution.

About the job

In your new role as a Student Assistant in Strategy Direct Care, you will support and report to the Business Partner, who is part of the Direct Care management team.

The position as a Student Assistant requires an availability of ~10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility to accommodate both study and work.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis and translate analysis into clear insights
• Stay on top of market development and competitive dynamics across our business units to guide strategic decisions
• Support on strategy development and implementation across Direct Care
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data
• Create and prepare presentations and decision material for the Direct Care management team and senior leadership of Falck

About you We are looking for someone who:

• Is enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor or 1st year of your Master’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field
• Has strong analytical & problem-solving skills, solid business acumen and high attention to detail
• Is very proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Communicates clearly and effectively in both Danish and English
• Is proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience from consulting firms (as student assistant or intern) or corporate strategy or commercial departments is a plus but not a requirement
