We’re looking for a skilled SAP BI Data Engineer to help develop and maintain our Data & Analytics platform, ensuring seamless data flows across our digital products. You’ll focus on automation, optimization, and building reliable data solutions alongside a team of experts, including a Product Owner, Tech Lead, and fellow Data Engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP BI solutions (data modeling, ETL, reporting, and analytics).

• Collaborate with Group Finance and other stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions.

• Oversee data integration with SAP BW, SAC, and HANA.

• Optimize BI system performance for reliability and efficiency.

• Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.

• Stay up to date with SAP BI trends and work closely with Microsoft Fabric tools.

Where You’ll Work:
You'll be part of the Data & Analytics team within Group IT, working towards a more data-driven future.

Your workplace can be in Vilnius or Denmark, with a flexible 60/40 (office/home) work arrangement.

Who You Are:

• Solution-oriented, analytical, proactive, and communicative.

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Have 3-5 years of experience in a Data Engineer or BI Consultant role.

• Hands-on experience with SAP BW and SAP HANA.

• Skilled in SAP BW data warehousing (InfoObjects, DSO, InfoCubes, etc.).

• Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English, willing to travel occasionally (5-10 days/year).
